Elizabeth Alley was born in Memphis, Tenn., and she has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from the University of Memphis. In addition to being an artist, and spending over 11 years in Arts Administration, she is a Technical Writer, a retired Roller Derby girl, and she also sketches, makes lists, reads, crochets and runs. Nancy Cheairs was born in Memphis, Tenn. She earned her BFA degree from The Memphis College of Art in 1980 and MFA from the University of Memphis in 2007. She has shown her paintings in galleries throughout the country and is in many private, corporate and museum collections. She co-founded Binder Projects, a gallery based in Memphis, in 2017. Melissa Dunn is a native Memphian who has exhibited paintings and drawings locally and regionally for over ten years. She has worked on two large-scale public mural projects, is a published illustrator, and has worked in the in art department on several feature films. View Melissa's website.

Hamlett Dobbins, a native of Tennessee, received his BFA from the University of Memphis in 1993 and went on to receive his MA and MFA from the University of Iowa in Iowa City. He has received grants from the Pollock Krasner Foundation as well as the TN Arts Commission’s Individual Artists Grant. In 2004 he founded a non-commercial alternative space called Material in the historic Broad Avenue neighborhood in Memphis. View Hamlett's website.

Emma Kate Rose was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She received her Drawing and Art History BFA degrees from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2017. She has experience teaching children and adults of all ages and genuinely enjoys being a part of other’s artistic growth. Her choice of media are graphite and charcoal. Meredith Olinger is an artist living and working in Memphis, TN. Olinger works primarily with wallpaper of her own design. Olinger has been included in many group shows, most recently the Color of the Year Exhibition sponsored by Pantone, Studio Exchange: Memphis at Zeitgeist Gallery and the Art of the South Exhibition sponsored by Numbers: Inc. Susan Maakestad was a recipient of a National Endowment for the Art fellowship from Arts Midwest in 1988. She is the recipient of the 2013 ArtsAccelerator Grant from ArtsMemphis, purchase awards from the UrbanArts Commission and she has been a fellow at the MacDowell Colony and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. She earned her M.F.A. in painting from The University of Iowa in 1987 and a B.A., magna cum laude, and M.A. from Central Washington University. View Susan’s website.
